After a long hard-working 4 months, we are excited to offically announce the launch of our new website. We are still in process of solving minor issues on the website,
and adding new functionalities for distributors. Our goal with this new designed website was to create a faster, easier to navigate and user-friendly browsing experience for our trusted and valued customers and business partners.
During the transition, we ask for your patience, as old orders now intersect with new orders.We are asking you to write emails that are only absolutely necessary, so we can focus on smaller things on the website that need special attention during the transition. If you find anything that is not working please write on email@example.com and we will make sure to correct it.
We made sure that all aspects of receiving & handling orders is now done on automation under one centralized operational system.
Digitally processed orders go directly into warehouse, which allows us working with increased speed, and focus more on support aswell as other in-house operations.
It is also fully responsive to mobile devices, making it easy to navigate on a wide range of web browsers and portable devices.
Amongst the new features, the website contains integrated social media buttons for Facebook, Whatsapp, YouTube, Linkedin and Instagram to foster improved communication with the clients.
We will be constantly updating our content with helpful information, articles, blogs, newsletters, company announcements and client successes in the News section.
We hope you enjoy our new uncluttered design that is easy to navigate. Very important is to know that we are still working on our website, adding new functionalities everyday such as adding automatic shipping tracking numbers inside your backoffice and other fun features that will make your buying experience easier and faster. We will be adding more and more content under the news section aswell as FAQ section which you can find in the footer of the website. You will find lots of answers to your questions there.

Increase of PLA prices
Becasue of current market situation, we are raising prices of PLA filaments, since there is global shortage of this basic resin, we have to adapt accordingly, we are asking everyone of you to try and check our other filament types such as very desired PETG filament, Wood variations, ABS Plus filament, ASA filament.

We believe it’s critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19.
Our highest priority is everyone’s health and well-being and for this reason, you can only shop from our online shop. Our physical shops in Slovenia will remain temporarily closed.
We are working tirelessly to make sure that the products you love are available when you want them, delivered in the safest way possible.
Since we are experiencing some out of stock items we have also opened all out of stock items as preorder so we can ship out as soon as they become available again.
Any preorder at this time will have first priority as soon as they are available to ship.
Here are some of the steps we are taking to protect everyone in this ever-evolving situation:
- We are diligently following guidance and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
- Across all of our facilities and delivery operations, we have increased our daily cleaning routines, including more frequent handwashing, use of sanitizer, and cleaning of equipment.
- Our customer service team is available to answer any questions about your experience, work with you on the best delivery option, and provide more information on the many precautions we’re taking to protect your health and safety.
- Since our team matters to us just as much as our customers, we made sure that working space is a safe environment for all of our employees.
- We introduced a no-contact delivery experience to keep our drivers and customers safe and will not be asking for signatures at drop-off.
- Our delivery teams will maintain a distance of 2 meters when possible. We ask that you support our efforts to keep everyone safe and healthy by maintaining this distance as well.
While the environment around us is uncertain, we take comfort in the fact that we have a compassionate and loyal community of customers.
